Beachfront Hammock Heaven - Akumal

I had a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay, with location close to many things. Staff were helpful and friendly, and I greatly enjoyed the owner. It had a great setting next to Playa del Carmen as well as the beautiful beach.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and had fine views. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and a coral reef just a few meters away for snorkeling. The staff, especially Joan, were cute and were very good too make sure I had a great stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

The location was stunning in the area, and had everything you needed. The staff was affable and we met the owner. Exceptionally comfortable bed, views to beach and pool. There was a tub in the private bathroom. Bonus points for a handy kitchenette.

Satisfied with a hammock, snorkels bath, for example available. Location was stunning, we reached Beach within 5 minutes by driving. We appreciated the host.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely beachfront condo. The host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. The condo itself was beautiful and had everything I needed, including rare amenities like an electric tea kettle and a removable shower head. The large balcony was private and the view was breathtaking. The secure gate and ample parking added to the sense of safety. The beach was pristine and the pool was just steps away. The keypad entry made it convenient to come and go without worrying about keys.

Everything exceeded my expectations and met all my needs. 🌟

You can cook your own meals in the kitchenette and the ocean view is breathtaking.

The private balcony was amazing with lovely views of the beach and ocean. The sound of the ocean and the ocean breeze all night long was so relaxing. Plus, no keys were needed as everything was done with codes, making it hassle-free to go down to the beach.

One major drawback was the lack of nearby restaurants and stores. It was inconvenient to not have options within walking distance, requiring us to bring our own food or have a car.

For the price we paid, the value was really good. The room was lovely and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and a beautiful view from the private balcony. The location was perfect, right on the beach and away from the crowds. The staff, especially Joan, the owner, was attentive and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

With its prime location right on the beach, you can wake up to the soothing sound of the waves and step out of your room directly onto the sandy shore. the rooms are well-equipped and cozy, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. the bathroom is clean and spacious, offering a refreshing shower after a day of basking in the sun. the service is top-notch, with a responsive and helpful owner who ensures your needs are met. Enjoy lounging on the provided sun beds or relax on the big terrace, taking in the breathtaking views of the beach.

Keep in mind that the wifi can be a bit slow, limiting your ability to use the TV and causing some inconvenience.

This apartment was a great base for exploring new places in Akumal.

We had a fantastic stay at a beachfront apartment in the Riviera Maya. The room was well-equipped and had fine views from the terrace. The complex was secure and we enjoyed access to the pool and beautiful beach. The owner was very helpful and communication was great. Plus, we found the best ceviche nearby at The Beached Bikini Bar and Grill. We also loved the convenient location, situated between Playa del Carmen and Tulum.

The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and the beach in front of the apartment was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I loved how it came with a handy binder filled with traveler tips. It made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The location was also a major plus, being right next to a beautiful beach and serving as a great base for visiting nearby attractions like Xcaret.

I found the apartment itself to be quite outdated. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and upon inspection, I discovered it was made up of makeshift layers of foam.

Gorgeous view, heavenly balcony, perfect beach. Comfy bed, great traveler tips. Super easy stay, would love to stay longer. Host went above and beyond, ensured a special experience. Friendly staff, felt safe. Excellent overall.
